REQUIREMENTS _ 3.1 Testing - This specification makes provision for testing (see 4). 3.2 Materials, parts, and processes -
17、 The materials, parts and processes shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200 or MIL-E-16400 (where specified). 3.2.1 Selection of parts, materials, and processes - Except as specified herein, MIL-T-21200 or MIL-E- 16400 (where specified) shall apply for the selection of parts, materials and processes
18、. 3.2.2 Approval of nonstandard parts and materials - Approval for the use of nonstandard parts and materials shall be in accordance with Step I and Step II only of MIL-STD-749. 3.2.3 Samples required for parts and material approvals - When specified by the procuring activity, samples of nonstandard
19、 parts shall be submitted in accordance with MIL-T-21200. 3.3 Design and construction - The design and construction of the eauizment shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200 or MIL-E- 16400 (wheAre specified). 3.3.1 Total weight - The total weight of the equipment, includ- ing cables, shall be a mini
20、mum consistent with good design and shall not exceed 460 pounds. 3.3.2 Microelectronic items - Microelectronic items shall be hermetically sealed. 3.3.3 Electron devices - Electron tubes and semiconductor devices shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200. 3.3.4 Modules, maintenance - The electronic po
