2、re Description of Driving Event: Prior to selecting a project to be funded, we rank each project against an AHP model that was based on the values of the program. We placed a 5 maximum user limitation on the software that constrained and prevented us from effectively and efficiently ranking projects
3、.Lesson(s) Learned: Team buy-in to the AHP model was essential prior to ranking. A lot of time was spent up front getting consensus. Upgrading to the 25 user license with remote keypads streamlined the process and made the results immediately available allowing the team to make a decision on the spo
4、t. The team members at remote locations voted on paper prior to the team voting. Their data was entered into the model but was hidden to avoid the possibility of anchoring.Recommendation(s): Rank project with keypad devices so decisions are not delayed and action can be taken.
