5、seding AMS2261J Tolerances Nickel, Nickel Alloy, and Cobalt Alloy Bars, Rods, and Wire RATIONALE AMS2261K results from a Limited Scope Ballot to correct errors in paragraph references for Out of Roundness (7.1). 1. SCOPE 1.1 Form This specification covers established manufacturing tolerances applica

6、ble to bars, rods, and wire of nickel, nickel alloy, and cobalt alloys ordered to inch-pound dimensions. These tolerances apply to all conditions, unless otherwise noted. The term “excl“ is used to apply only to the higher figure of a specified range. 1.2 Where the terms “nickel”, “nickel-copper”, “

7、nickel-chromium”, “nickel-molybdenum”, “nickel-molybdenum-chromium”, and “cobalt” are used without qualification, they refer to both non-heat-treatable and heat-treatable alloys as applicable, unless otherwise noted. 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS The issue of the following documents in effect on the date

8、of the purchase order forms a part of this specification to the extent specified herein. The supplier may work to a subsequent revision of a document unless a specific document issue is specified.
