The aim of the present document is 4 to ensure interope

36、rability between an ME and a CSIM independently of the respective 5 manufacturer, card issuer or operator as defined in 1, 2 and 3. The present document does not 6 define any aspects related to the administrative management phase of the UICC. Any internal 7 technical realization of either the UICC o

37、r the ME is only specified where these are reflected over 8 the interface. 9 This document does not specify which test cases are mandatory or optional. However, to 10 successfully execute a particular test case, its corresponding test requirements and procedures as 11 defined in this document shall
