40、ection 1 1.0 Introduction 1 2 1.1 Overview 3 This document contains the message procedures, bitmaps, information elements and 4 timers used to define the A9 interface. 5 1.1.1 Purpose 6 The purpose of this document is to provide the standard for interfacing a PCF with one or 7 more BSs. This documen

41、t defines the functional capabilities, including services and 8 features, of the specified interface. These services and features are the defining 9 characteristics that are the basis for the overall system standard. 10 1.1.2 Scope 11 This standard provides the specification for the interface which
