When an operator chooses to implement concurrent volume and duration aspects for prepaid, the text of this document takes precede
29、nce over the same-numbered text in those documents. 1.1 Scope The scope of this document covers support for concurrent volume and duration control of prepaid service. 1.2 Document Conventions “Shall” and “shall not” identify requirements to be followed strictly to conform to the standard and from wh
