The water flow shall then be restricted or stopped. The refrigerant pressure thatresults unde
4、r this condition shall not exceed one-fifth third of the pressure that the system is capable ofwithstanding without failure.RATIONALE FOR DECISION:The strength tests in UL 1995, 5thedition, Clause 34.3, were reduced from 5X pressure to 3X pressure toalign with the pressure requirements in UL 60335-2
5、-40. This fact was incorrectly overlooked in UL 1995,5thedition, and this Certification Requirement Decision is intended to document this correction.In the water failure test, UL 1995, 4thedition, the refrigerant pressure was required not to exceed 1/5 ofthe system pressure based on the pressure com
