1合理膳食与食品安全知识点归纳1、营养不良和营养过剩都属于营养失调，造成营养失调的主要原因是不良的饮食习惯和不合理的饮食结构。2、均衡膳食有利于健康。3、人体生长发育所需要的能量及营养物质，都是从食物中获得的。为了满足身体生长发育和其他生命活动的需要，合理膳食是十分重要的。4、青少年应多吃含蛋白质和钙丰富的食物。5、青少年对营养的特殊需要。6、食品安全直接关系人的健康和生命安全。
