1、1Unit 4 When is Easter?一、单元整体分析本单元是义务教育灵通版(pep)小学英语教科书五年级下册的第四单元。主要围绕话题 When is Easter?引出 A、B、C 三个板块的内容。A、 B 部分呈现两组情景对话、一些重点词汇和一篇阅读小短文等新知识点,C 部分是以讲趣味故事形式巩固或延展知识面。本单元是在复习以前学过的一些月份和部分序数词的基础上,注重学习具体日期的英语表达方式,学习序数词与基数词的转换规律,重点呈现核心句型 When is the sports meet? Its on April 4 th. When is Grandpas birthday?

2、Its on October 12 th. 贴近学生们喜爱的话题,激发学生们的浓厚情趣,很容易把知识点融入到学生们的实际生活中,学生们更容易接受,并能很快达到融会贯通的程度。本单元共分六个课时,A、B 两部分中的情景对话都是展示重点知识内容的语言环境,Lets learn 中的重点词汇是为重点句型提供的多变元素,让学生们掌握更多的日期表达方式,丰富学生们的学习内容,增加学生们的词汇量,提高学生们的灵活交际能力。第五课时的 Read and write,Read and match 和 Lets check 均是巩固重点知识的的经典训练。情趣故事是学生们最喜欢的表演剧本,把刚刚学会的新知识融入到

3、故事情节当中,通过自己的努力,把故事内容活灵活现的展现在众人面前,让学生们感受着自己的进步、成功与喜悦,这就是学习收获的最高巅峰。本单元侧重于日期和生日的表达,我将充分利用网络资源、图像、表格、自制 PPT 课件、词卡、人物头饰等等教学工具,通过多种趣味游戏活动加以训练巩固所学新词汇即句型,为学生们营造更多的对话交流氛围,鼓励学生大胆说话,积极采访,完成记录,汇集成信息报告激励学生们积极参与报告演讲,展现自己在本单元的喜悦收获成果。二、 单元教学目标1.知识目标(1)能够听、说、读、写本单元first,second,third,fourth,fifth,twelfth,twentieth,tw

4、enty-first,twenty-third,thirtieth 等 10 个单词。(2)能够听、说、认读本单元special,fool,kitten,diary,still,noise,fur,open,walk 等 9 个单词。(3)能够听、说、读、写重点句型:When is the sports meet? Its on April 4 th. When is Grandpas birthday? Its on October 12th. 2.能力目标(1)能够熟练朗读并运用本单元学习的重点词汇,能够在实际生活中灵活运用句型完成问答交流信息的交际活动。(2)能够表演情景对话和趣味故事。

5、3.情感目标通过对本单元的学习,能够了解他人的生日信息、及中外节假日的不同文化和风俗,鼓励学生积极参与交流活动,养成主动用英语对话的习惯。三、教学重难点1.教学重点(1)能够听、说、读、写本单元first,second,third,fourth,fifth,twelfth,twentieth,twenty-first,twenty-third,thirtieth 等 10 个单词。(2)能够听、说、读、写重点句型:When is the sports meet? Its on April 4 th. 2When is Grandpas birthday? Its on October 12 t

6、h. 2.教学难点(1)能够熟练朗读并运用本单元学习的重点词汇,能够在实际生活中灵活运用句型完成问答交流信息的交际活动。(2)能够表演情景对话和趣味故事。四、教学方法针对本单元的教学内容,我准备用歌曲歌谣教学方法烘托课堂气氛,应用游戏巩固单词或短语,采用抽卡问答方式训练巩固重点句型问答活动,充分应用多媒体进行教学活动,声情并茂,立体呈现,鼓励学生积极表演对话情景和故事内容。五、教学时间本单元共分六个课时。第一课时 A. Story time六、知识点拨介词 in, on, at 在表示时间时的用法区别1.in 表示在某年、某季节、某月、某周、某天和某段时间,in 时间范围比较大(指一天以上)如:in February 在二月; in summer 在夏季; in 2015 在 2015 年;泛指在上午,下午,晚上,如:in the morning 在上午;in the afternoon 在下午;in the ev

8、ening。在晚上习惯用法:in the daytime 在白天;in a year 在一年中;in spring 在春季;in September 在九月;in a week 在一周中等等2.on 指在某一天或某一天的上午,下午,晚上,如:on Sunday 在星期日;on Friday afternoon 在星期五的下午;on September 10, 2015 在 2015 年 9 月 10 日; on the morning of October 20th,2014. 在 2014 年 10 月 20 日上午。3.at 时间最短,一般表示时间点,表示某个具体时刻。如 at seven

9、 oclock;at eight thirty.习惯用法:at night;at noon;at this time of year;at the moment 在那一时刻;at that time 在那时。第一课时课时内容A Lets try Lets talk课时分析本课时是人教版五年级下册第四单元的第一课时,围绕“复活节和愚人节”这个话题展开。主要是通过对话的情景学会询问和回答某节日日期的句型 When is April Fools Day? Its on April 1st. And Easter? Its on April 5th this year. 引导学生了解中西方重要节日的日

10、期,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。本课时是整个单元的首课时,在本单元中起引领与铺垫作用.本课时的重点是核心句型的灵活运用。本课时包括 Lets try 和 Lets talk 两个版块。Lets try 是听力练习,通过呈现张鹏正在为运动会刻苦练习跑步,Mr Jones 询问他运动会何时举行的一段对话录音,让学生初步感知 A 部分的核心句型。Lets talk 通过呈现 Mr Jones 和张鹏就四月份的两个3特殊的日子愚人节和复活节日期进行对话的情景,引出句型 When is April Fools Day? Its on April 1st. And Easter? Its on April 5

11、th this year. 此版块的话题贴近学生的心理,很能激发学生学习的兴趣。在课堂教学中,首先要整体把握本单元教学内容,教学重点和教学难点,借助课件、自制图片等多种方式呈现,采用你来问,我来答、创编对话多种教学活动,全面调动学生的积极性,培养学生灵活运用语言的能力。本课时的教学内容是本册第三单元教学内容的延续,When is.? 37、 Lets try 和 Lets talk 两个版块。Lets try 通过听 Mike 和陈杰讨论 Mike 小表弟的的一段对话录音,感知 B 部分的核心句型。Lets talk 版块通过陈杰和 Mike 谈论生日的情景,让学生感知 When is your birthday? My birthday is on April 4th.的语义及语用情景,此情境是关于生日的话题,与学生的生活息息相关,很能激起学生学习的兴趣。本节课涉及了前面几个课时的内容,在设计教学过程时,我采用游戏、师生问答的方法,复习学过的知识。接着采用从局部处理语言到呈现完整对话的方式学习新知,然后创编对话巩固新知。课时目
