24、 la CE1 en ce qui concerne les questions techniques, prpars par des Comits dEtudes o sont reprsents tous les Comits nationaux sintressant ces questions, expriment dans la plus grande mesure possible un accord international sur les sujets examins. 2) Ces dcisions constituent des recommandations inter

25、nationales et sont agres comme telles par les Comits nationaux. 3) Dans le but dencourager lunification internationale, la CE1 exprime le vu que tous les Comits nationaux adoptent dans leurs rgles nationales le texte de la recommandation de la CEI, dans la mesure O les conditions nationales le perme

26、ttent. Toute divergence entre la recommandation de la CE1 et la rgle nationale correspondante doit, dans la mesure du possible, tre indique en termes clairs dans cette dernire. PRFACE Les chapitres du Vocabulaire Electrotechnique International (VEI) concernant les tlcommunications (chapitres de la s

27、rie 700) ont t prpars par des groupes mixtes dexperts des Comits techniques de lUnion internationale des Tlcommunications (UIT) - Comit Consultatif International des Radiocommunications (C.C.I.R.), Comit Consultatif International Tlgraphique et Tlphonique (C.C.I.T.T.) - et de la Commission Electrote

28、chnique Internationale (CEI), coordonns par le Groupe mixte coordinateur C.C.1.R.-C.C.1.T.T.-CE1 pour le vocabulaire (GMC). Les termes et dfinitions de ces chapitres sont destins faciliter la comprhension des textes concernant les tl- communications. Ils ont t approuvs pour publication par les Comit

29、s nationaux de la CEI. Ils nont pas reu dapprobation formelle par les Assembles plnires du C.C.I.R. ou du C.C.I.T.T., et ne remplacent pas les dfinitions contenues dans les Recommandations du C.C.I.R. ou du C.C.I.T.T. (ou dans le Rglement des radiocommu- nications, ou dans le Rglement des tlcommunic

33、CHNICAL COMMISSION INTERNATIONAL ELECTROTECHNICAL VOCABULARY CHAPTER 714 : SWITCHING AND SIGNALLING IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS FOREWORD I) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by Technical Committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest th

34、erein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, th

35、e IEC expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indic

36、ated in the latter. PREFACE Chapters of the International Electrotechnical Vocabulary (IEV) relating to telecommunications (chapters of the 700 series) have been prepared by Joint Groups of experts from the Technical Committees of the International Tele- communication Union (ITU) - International Con

37、sultative Radiocommunication Committee (C.C.I.R.), International Consultative Telegraph and Telephone Committee (C.C.I.T.T.) - and from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), Co-ordinated by the C.C.1.R.-C.C.1.T.T.-IEC Joint Co-ordinating Group for vocabulary (JCG). The terms and defin

38、itions in these chapters are intended to promote a good understanding of telecommunications texts. They have been approved for publication by the IEC National Committees. They have not received formal approval by the C.C.I.R. or C.C.I.T.T. Plenary Assemblies and do not replace definitions contained

39、in C.C.I.R. or C.C.I.T.T. recommendations (or in the Radio Regulations, the International Telecommunication Regulations, or the International Telecommunication Constitution or Convention) which are to be used in their respective fields of application.
