Examples of suitable metals for current-carrying parts with regard to mechanical st

18、rength, electrical conductivity and resistance to corrosion, when used within their permissible temperature range and under normal conditions of chemical pollution, are given in Annex D. 19、etals for current-carrying parts, referred to in Subclause 7.9, when used within the permissible temperature range and under normal conditions of chemical pollution are : copper or an alloy containing at least 58 % copper for parts made from rolled sheet (in cold condition) or at least 50 % copper f

20、or other parts; stainless steel containing at least 13 % chromium and not more than 0,09 % carbon; steel provided with an electroplated coating of zinc, according to ISO 2081, with coating having a thickness of at least 5 m ISO service condition No. 1 (for ordinary equipment); steel provided with an

23、lication Le prsent guide de bonne pratique est destin renseigner les fabricants de starters sur le comportement des matriaux plastiques sous linfluence de la temprature, des rayonnements UV et des contraintes mcaniques. E.2 Plastiques pour enveloppes de starters Il convient que la slection des matri

24、aux plastiques appropris aux enveloppes de starters prenne en compte les modes habituels dutilisation des starters, les influences dommageables qui affectent les matriaux plastiques, laltration des matriaux pendant leur dure dutilisation, et les contraintes mcaniques que lenveloppe peut avoir subir

25、pendant cette dure. Les aspects environnementaux peuvent aussi influer sur les considrations relatives la slection des matriaux. E.2.1 Modes dutilisation des starters Il convient de porter une attention particulire lutilisation dans des luminaires ferms avec une lvation de la temprature ambiante loc

26、ale; lutilisation proximit immdiate de lampes, y compris de lampes fluorescentes compactes ayant des caractristiques de puissance et dintensit lumineuse plus concentres; lutilisation dans les montages combins de douille de lampe et support de starter qui placent le starter proximit immdiate de la pa

27、roi de la lampe. E.2.2 Influences dommageables Il convient de porter une attention particulire la temprature en service continu; aux lvations temporaires de la temprature en service qui peuvent se produire par suite des variations de la temprature ambiante, de la variation de la tension dalimentatio

28、n, des conditions de fin de vie la fois de la lampe et du starter; aux rayonnements UV et visibles; aux contraintes et aux chocs mcaniques. Certaines combinaisons de ces influences ont une importance particulire et peuvent rendre un matriau inappropri cette application. Par exemple, la combinaison d

29、e la chaleur et du rayonnement UV peut conduire la fragilisation et la dsagrgation de certains matriaux en polypropylne entranant des risques pour la scurit. Les proprits publies pour certains matriaux portant des noms gnriques peuvent varier en fonction des matires de remplissage, des retardateurs

30、et inhibiteurs de flamme utiliss, du processus de production et de la conception. _ 60155 Amend. 2 IEC:2006 7 Annex E (informative) Guide to good practice in selection of plastic materials for starter enclosures E.1 Scope This guide to good practice is intended to advise starter manufacturers on the

31、 behaviour of plastic materials under the influence of temperature, UV radiation and mechanical stress. E.2 Plastics for starter enclosures The selection of suitable plastic materials for starter enclosures should take into account established applications for starter use, damaging influences that a

32、ffect plastic materials, deterioration of materials during service life, and mechanical stresses that the enclosure can be subject to during life. Environmental issues may also affect material selection considerations. E.2.1 Applications for starter use Special attention should be given to use in en

33、closed luminaires with an increased micro ambient temperature; use in close proximity to lamps, including compact fluorescent types having more concentrated power and light intensity characteristics; use in combined lampholder and starter holder assemblies that place the starter in very close proxim

34、ity to the lamp wall. E.2.2 Damaging influences Special attention should be given to continuous service temperature; temporary rises in service temperature that could occur as a result of ambient temperature variations, supply voltage variation, end of life conditions for both lamp and starter; UV a

35、nd visible radiation; mechanical stress and impact. Some combinations of these influences have particular importance and may make a material unsuitable for this application. For example, the combination of heat and UV radiation may lead to embrittlement and disintegration of some polypropylene mater

36、ials leading to safety hazards.
