27、No 15 de la CEI: Matriaux isolants. Des projets furent discuts lors des runions tenues Tel-Aviv en 1966 et Milan en 1969. A la suite de cette dernire runion, un nouveau projet fut soumis lapprobation des Comits nationaux suivant la Rgle des Six Mois en dcembre 1969. Les pays suivants se sont prononc

29、AL COMMiSSlON VARNISHED FABRICS FOR ELECTRICAL PURPOSES Part 2: Methods of test FOREWORD i) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by Technical Committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly

30、as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, the IEC expresses the wish that all National

31、 Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence hetween the IEC recommendations and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in the latter. PREFACE This recommen

32、dation has been prepared by Sub-committee 15C, Specifications, of IEC Technical Committee No. 15, Insulating Materials. Drafts were discussed at the meetings held in Tel-Aviv in 1966 and in Milan in 1969. As a result of this latter meeting, a new draft was submitted to the National Committees for ap

33、proval under the Six Months Rule in December 1969. 35、erre), fournis sous forme de rouleaux grande largeur, feuilles ou rubans dcoups en diffrentes largeurs. Lensemble comprend trois parties : 1. Dfinitions et conditions gnrales; 2. Les prouvettes, aprs dcoupage, seront conditionnes pendant 24 heures 23 =t 2 “C et 50 5% h.r. Si lessai nest pas effectu dans cette atmosphre normale, il le sera dans les 5 minutes qui suivent le

37、 retrait de latmosphre normale. Epaisseur Appareillage Un micromtre vis ayant des touches de 6 mm 8 mm de diamtre. La planit des touches aura une tolrance de 0,001 mm et ces touches seront parallles 0,003 nim prs. Le pas de vis sera de 0,5 mni et lchelle gradue comportera 50 divisions de 0,Ol mm per

38、mettant des lectures 0,002 mm prs. La pression exerce sur les prouvettes est de 10 N/cm2 20 N/cm2. Un micromtre cadran et pression (obtenue par coulissement dun poids) avec deux touches circulaires usines et polies, centres sur un mme axe vertical. Elles sont planes 0,001 mm prs et parallles 0,003 m

39、m prs. La touche suprieure, de diamtre 6 mm 8 mm, a une surface plus petite que celle de la touche infrieure; elle se dplace verticalement. Le cadran est gradu pour permettre une lecture directe 0,002 mm prs. Le chssis du micromtre doit tre dune rigidit telle quune force de 15 N applique au botier d

40、u cadran (en dehors de laxe de la touche suprieure) produise une dformation du chassis infrieure 0,002 mm (indication lue sur le cadran). La pression exerce sur lprouvette est de 10 N/cm2. Le calibre employ pour contrler linstrument doit tre prcis i 0,001 mm prs de la valeur nominale. Lpaisseur indi

41、que par linstrument ne doit pas diffrer de plus de 0,005 mm du calibre. En cas de contestation, cest le micromtre cadran qui sera employ. 43、res (including glass) supplied in the form of full width rolls, sheets, or tapes slit to various widths. 1. Definitions and general requirements; 2. Methods of test; 3. 44、 2.2.2 General notes on tests Select test specimens which are representative of the bulk of the material. The test specimens, after being cut, shall be conditioned for 24 h at 23 & 2 “C and 50 5% r.h. If the test is not conducted in this standard atmosphere, the test shall be made within 5 minutes a

45、fter removal from the standard atmosphere. Thickness Test apparatus An external screw type micrometer having measuring faces of 6 mm to 8 mm diameter. The measuring faces shall be flat within 0.001 mm and parallel to within 0.003 mm. The pitch of the screw shall be 0.5 mm and the graduations shall b

46、e 50 divisions of 0.01 mm, enabling readings to be estimated to 0.002 mm. The pressure exerted on the specimens shall be 10 N/cm2 to 20 N/cm2. A dead weight dial-type micrometer having two ground and lapped concentric circular surfaces flat to within 0.001 mm and parallel to within 0.003 mm. The upp

47、er surface shall be 6 mm to 8 min in diameter. The lower surface shall be larger than the upper one. The upper surface shall move on the axis perpendicular to the surfaces. The dial shall be graduated to read directly to 0.002 mm. The frame of the micrometer shall be of such rigidity that a force of

48、 15 N applied to the dial housing, out of contact with either the weight or the presser foot spindle, will produce a deflection of the frame not greater than 0.002 mm as indicated on the micrometer dial. The pressure exerted on the specimen shall be 10 N/cm2. The setting gauge used to check the instruments shall be accurate to within i 0.001 mm of nominal size. The indicated thickness of the instruments shall not differ by more than 0.005 min from the gauge block. In case of dispute, the dead weight micrometer shall be employed.
