16、d is one of a series which deals with insulating cellulosic papers. The series consists of three parts: Part 1 : Definitions and general requirements (I E C Publication 554-1). Part 2: Methods of test (I E C Publication 554-2). Part 3 : Specifications for individual materials. Sheet 1 : General Purp

17、ose Electrical Paper and Sheet 4: Electrolytic Capacitor Paper have already been published. SHEET 3 - CLASS 3: CREPE PAPER 1. Scope This sheet contains the requirements for crpe paper, as defined in I EC Publication 554-1, Part 1 : Definitions and General Requirements, classified as : Type 3.1 : A h

18、ard, comparatively non-absorbent, crped kraft insulating paper made from base papers of low (L) or medium (M) permeability, such as Types 1.3-2M and 1.3-2L described in Table I of I E C Publication 554-1. Type 3.2: A soft, porous, crped kraft insulating paper made from base papers of high (H) per- m

19、eability, such as Type 1.2-2H described in Table I of I E C Publication 554-1. 2. Requirements 2.1 General The paper shall comply with the general requirements of I E C Publication 554-1 2.2 Sampling The sampling procedures shall be as given in IS0 Standard 186-1977: Paper and Board-Sampling for Tes

20、ting. 2.3 Primary and secondary crpe The paper may be either of the following: a) primary crpe is defined as a crpe paper made by a technique which does not include an inter- b) secondary crpe is defined as a crpe paper made first as a dry, plane web of base paper and then mediate stage as a dry, pl

22、es fibres et leur prparation doivent tre identiques celles du papier conforme aux conditions de la feuille 1 de la troisime partie de la prsente norme. 2.4 Essais Lors des essais utilisant les mthodes stipules, le papier doit satisfaire aux conditions indiques dans le tableau I. 3. Mthode de descrip

23、tion des conditions Pour commander du papier crp, lacheteur doit mentionner la dsignation de type prcite en spcifiant, en outre, la substance du papier de base de fabrication et la valeur de lallongement la rupture du papier crp. Si un calandrage final est exig, on le spcifiera par la lettre C. Lach

24、eteur doit aussi spcifier si le crpage doit tre grossier, moyen ou fin. Le papier crpage grossier prsente normalement un dcompte dondulations (voir tableau I) qui va jusqu huit pour 10 mm, le crpage moyen un dcompte compris entre huit et douze pour 10 mm, le crpage fin dpassant douze ondu- lations p

(Ces valeurs proviennent de la srie R40 de nombres prfrentiels.)
