23、on Electrotechnique Internationale) est une organisation mondiale de normalisation compose de lensemble des comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de ll

30、OTECHNICAL COMMISSION Report on voting EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY TESTING - Part 2: Design of test cycles FOREWORD 1 ) The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The obj

31、ect of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC Nati

32、onal Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardizatio

33、n (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by technical committees on which ali the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nea

34、rly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 3) They have the form of recommendations for international use published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 4) In order to promote int

35、ernational unification, IEC National Committees undertake to apply IEC International Standards transparently to the maximum extent possible in their national and regional standards. Any divergence between the I EC Standard and the corresponding national or regional standard shall be clearly indicate

38、u produit considere. Lquipement destin a-lessai de fiabilit est normalement soumis a des cycles dessai rpts. Le nombre de cycles dpendra du temps dessai cumul prendre en compte, qui est prescrit par le plan dessai de conformit choisi dans la CE1 605-7, ou convenant pour des essais de dtermi- nation

39、selon la CE1 605-4. Le processus progressif dcrit ici est prvu pour tout quipement spcifique mettre en essai, quand on estime ncessaire de simuler troitement les conditions relles dutilisation de cet quipement. II sapplique compltement aux essais effectus en labora- toire, mais il ne peut tre appliq

40、u aux essais en exploitation, pour autant que les condi- tions puissent tre contrles, quen se limitant aux conditions de fonctionnement (incluant la charge, lalimentation, etc.). 605-2 O IEC:I 994 -7- INTRODUCTION A test cycle is a sequence of different operating and environmental test conditions wh

41、ich are based upon actual conditions of use, as defined, for example, by the relevant product specification. The equipment undergoing reliability testing is normally subjected to repeated test cycles. The number of cycles will depend on the accumulated relevant test time, as required by the selected

42、 compliance test plan of IEC 605-7, or as suitable for determination testing according to IEC 605-4. The step-by-step procedure described here is intended for any specific equipment to be tested, when it is considered necessary to simulate closely the real conditions of use of the equipment. It appl

43、ies fully to laboratory testing, but may be applied to field testing, in so far as conditions can be controlled, with respect to operating conditions only (including load, supply, etc.). -8- 605-2 O CEI: 1994 ESSAIS DE FIABILIT DES QUIPEMENTS - Partie 2: Conception des cycles dessai 1 Domaine dappli

Elle sapplique la prparation des cycles dessai de fonctionnement et denvironnement cits en 8.1 et 8.2. de la CE1 6

45、05-1. II est recommand dinclure le cycle dessai ainsi obtenu dans la specification particulire dessai de fiabilit. Les essais comprenant des cycles prpars selon cette norme ne sont pas prvus pour remplacer les essais ordinaires tels que les essais de qualification, les essais dvaluation fonctionnels

46、 et les essais denvironnement. Des essais de prconditionnement peuvent tre ncessaires dans quelques cas, avant les cycles dessai prpars selon les mthodes de cette norme. Les lments de base pour dcider si des essais de prconditionnement sont ncessaires ou non sortent du domaine de cette norme. 2 Rfre
