28、ipement terminal - Station terrienne de trafic AMRT AVANT-PROPOS 1) La CE1 (Commission Electrotechnique Internationale) est une organisation mondiale de normalisation compose de lensemble des comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la cooprati

29、on internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de llectricit et de llectronique. A cet effet, la CEI, entre autres activits, publie des Normes internationales. Leur laboration est confie des comits dtudes, aux travaux desquels tout Comit national intress par le sujet

30、trait peut participer. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, en liaison avec la CEI, participent galement aux travaux. 36、 - Section 10: Terminal equipment - TDMA traffic earth station FOREWORD 1) The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote internatio

37、nal cooperation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subjec

38、t dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions d

39、etermined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by technical committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international conse

40、nsus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 3) They have the form of recommendations for international use published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 4) In order to promote international unification, IEC National Co

44、 terriennes de trafic ne possdant pas la fonction de rfrence. Dans beaucoup de systmes AMRT, la station de rfrence surveille le fonction- nement des stations terriennes de trafic et les tlcommandes en cas de changement du plan de trame, etc. Habituellement, au moins deux stations de rfrence sont ins

45、talles dans un systme AMRT pour assurer la redondance. Un schma dquipement terminal type pour station terrienne de trafic est prsent la figure 1. Cette section traite principalement des mthodes de mesure destines au termi- nal AMRT utilis dans les stations terriennes de trafic. II se compose dun mod

46、ula- teuridmodulateur MDP (modem MDP), dun quipement terminal commun AMRT (ETCA) et par un ou plusieurs modules dinterface terrestre (EIT). Les accs f.i. du modem MDP, en principe 70 MHz ou 140 MHz, sont relis lquipement r.f. de la station terrienne, et IEIT est reli aux circuits numriques terrestre

LETCA traite les donnes mettre provenant de IEIT et produit les paquets dmission, traite les paquets reus et envoie les donnes rcupres IEIT, commande les fonctions d acquisition et de synchronisation. Des quipements de mesure spcifiques au systme peuvent parfois tre ncessaires pour mesurer lquipe

48、ment terminal AMRT, tels que le gnrateur de paquets de rf- rence, le systme dinhibition de paquets, lappareil de mesure du taux derreur binaire en mode de transmission par paquets, etc. Sils ne sont pas disponibles dans le commerce, ils peuvent tre fournis par le fabricant de lquipement AMRT.
