28、AUX Spcification dans le systme CE1 dassurance de la qualit des composants lectroniques (IECQ) QUIPEMENTS LECTRONIQUES - Partie 1 : Spcification gnrique - Homologation AVANT-PROPOS 1) La CE1 (Commission Electrotechnique Internationale) est une organisation mondiale de normalisation compose de lensem

29、ble des comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de llectricit et de llectronique. A cet effet, la CEI, entre autres activits, publie des Normes internati

30、onales. Leur laboration est confie des comits dtudes, aux travaux desquels tout Comit national intress par le sujet trait peut participer. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, en liaison avec la CEI, participent galement aux travaux. La CE collabore troitement

31、 avec lOrganisation Internationale de Normalisation (ISO), selon des conditions fixes par accord entre les deux organisations. 2) Les dcisions ou accords officiels de la CE1 en ce qui concerne les questions techniques, prpars par les comits dtudes o sont reprsents tous les Comits nationaux sintressa

37、TERS FOR USE A specification in the IEC Quality Assessment System for electronic components (IECQ) IN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT - Part 1 : Generic specification - Qualification approval FOREWORD 1) The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization compris

38、ing all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International

39、Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The

40、IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by technical committees on which all the Nationa

41、l Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 3) They have the form of recommendations for international use published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides and they ar

42、e accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 4) In order to promote international unification, IEC National Committees undertake to apply IEC International Standards transparently to the maximum extent possible in their national and regional standards. Any divergence between the IEC Standard

43、 and the corresponding national or regional standard shall be clearly indicated in the latter. 5) The IEC provides no marking procedure to indicate its approval and cannot be rendered responsible for any equipment declared to be in conformity with one of its standards. International Standard IEC 126

44、1 -1 has been prepared by IEC technical committee 49: Piezoelectric and dielectric devices for frequency control and selection. This Part 1 forms the generic specification: Qualification approval, in the IEC Quality Assessment System for Electronic Components, for piezoelectric ceramic filters. IEC

45、1261 -2 forms the sectional specification: Qualification approval. IEC 1261 -2-1 forms the blank detail specification: Qualification approval - Assessment level E.
