TheaimofthispartofISO233andothersintheseriesistoprovideameansforinternationalcommunicationof writtenmessagesinaformwhichpermitstheautomatictransmissionandreconstitutionofthese,bymenor machines.Thesystemofconversion,

Thismeansthatnoconsiderationshouldbegiventophoneticandaestheticmattersortocertainnationalcustoms: alltheseconsiderationsare,indeed,ignoredbythemachineperformingthefunction. TheadoptionofthispartofISO233forinternationalcommunicationleaveseverycountryfre

11、 ThispartofISO233maybeusedbyanyonewhohasaclearunderstandingofthesystemandiscertainthatitcan beappliedwithoutambiguity.Theresultobtainedwillnotgiveacorrectpronunciationoftheoriginaltextina personsownlanguage,butitwillserveasameansoffindingautomaticallytheoriginalgraphismandthusallow anyonewhohasknowl
