The work
4、of developing International Standards is carried out through IS0 Technical Committees. Every Member Body interested in a subject for which a Technical Committee has been set up has the right to be represented on that Committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liais

Draft International Standards adopted by the Technical Committees are circulated to the Member Bodies for approval before their acceptance as International Standards by the IS0 Council. International Standard IS0 2777 was drawn up by Technical Committee ISO/T

11、 without license from IHS-,-,-INTERNATIONAL STANDARD IS0 2777-1974 (E) Modular co-ordination - Co-ordinating sizes for rigid flat sheet boards used in building 0 INTRODUCTION As the ability of sheet board manufacturers to meet the requirements of buildings designed to a controlling reference system
12、varies depending on the material, this International Standard gives only the co-ordinating sizes which can be supposed to be most frequently required. This International Standard specifies co-ordinating sizes for the length and width dimensions of rigid flat sheet boards used in building. This Inter
13、national Standard concerns rigid flat sheet boards such as : asbestos-cement boards, asbestos insulating boards, compressed straw building slabs, corkboard, expanded plastics, glass and mineral fibre boards, gypsum wallboard, fibre building boards (hard, medium, soft), metals (ferrous and non-ferrou
14、s), particle boards, blockboard, plywood, plastics laminates, laminboard, wood- wool slabs, which may be used as components. 2 FIELD OF APPLICATION This International Standard applies to rigid flat sheet boards for use in buildings of all types, with particular reference to those constructed on the
15、principles of modular co-ordination, in accordance with the IS0 documents listed in the Foreword. The sizes given are those for the length and width dimensions. Consideration of thickness would not normally be important from a dimensional co-ordination point of view but, should it be found necessary
16、 in certain cases, it will be made the subject of a further International Standard. 3 DEFINITIONS For the purpose of this International Standard, the definitions given in IS0 1791 and IS0 1803 shall apply. 4 SPECIFICATION This International Standard is intended for guidance; it is to The preferred c
