18、ports a series of product standards for thermal insulating materials and products which derive from the Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European parliament and of the council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products (Construction Product Regulat
19、ion) through the consideration of the basic requirements.The main technical changes that have been made in this new edition of EN 13467 are the following:a) the term circular segment chord has been included in the standard;b) a new Figure 2 was added;c) Table 1 has been adjusted;d) the document has

36、utside and inside diameter and thickness:5.1.1 Metal tape graduated in millimetres for measuring circumference and diameter. The accuracy of reading has to be at least 1 mm for the diameter and at least 3 mm for the circumference.5.1.2 Metal pipe for supporting the insulation with an outside diamete
37、r which ensures no deformation of the product.5.1.3 Rack for supporting the metal pipe (see 5.1.2).5.1.4 Thickness gauge, capable of applying a load of minimum (0,5 0,05) N to a load distributing plate, diameter 50 mm. The load shall be such that no deformation of the product occurs during measureme
38、nt. The accuracy of reading has to be at least 0,5 mm.5.1.5 Conical mandrel graduated in 0,5 mm intervals (see Figure 4). The accuracy of reading has to be at least 0,5 mm.5.1.6 Caliper. The dimensions of the test specimens
44、 shall be measured including any surface skins, facings, and/or coatings on both the inner and the outer surfaces.For the measurement of circumference/outside diameter, inside diameter, and thickness the test specimen may be divided transversely or longitudinally into several pieces; minimum dimensi
45、on is 100 mm.9BS EN 13467:2018EN 13467:2018 (E)Pipe insulation pieces (half sections or segments, see Figure 7) which together form a complete pipe insulation layer, without visual deformation, shall be held in place by adhesive tape to facilitate measurement. The determination of the diameter of a

If the number is not spe
47、cified, then at least three test specimens shall be used.In the absence of a product standard or any other European technical specification the number of test specimens may be agreed between parties.6.3 Conditioning of test specimensThe test specimens shall be stored for at least 6 h at (23 5) C. In
48、 case of dispute they shall be stored at (23 2) C and (50 5) % relative humidity for the time stated in the relevant product standard.7 Procedure7.1 Test conditionsThe test shall be carried out at (23 5) C. In case of dispute it shall be carried out at (23 2) C and (50 5) % relative humidity.7.2 Tes
