The text of this amendment is based on

19、 the following documents: FDIS Report on voting 20/952/FDIS 20/975/RVD Full information on the voting for the approval of this amendment can be found in the report on voting indicated in the above table. The committee has decided that the contents of this amendment and the base publication will rema

20、in unchanged until the maintenance result date indicated on the IEC web site under “http:/webstore.iec.ch“ in the data related to the specific publication. At this date, the publication will be reconfirmed; withdrawn; replaced by a revised edition, or amended. _ Page 11 3.2.2 Polymeric insulated cab

21、les (according to IEC 60502-2) Replace the first paragraph by the following: The temperature limits for polymeric insulated cables are imposed by the dielectric properties of the insulation. The high temperatures, electromagnetic forces and expansion forces produced under short-circuit conditions co

22、uld have a marked effect on the physical condition of the cable Thus, the integrity of the bond between the semi-conducting screens and the insulation and deformation of the insulation are two important considerations for polymeric insulated cables. In addition, the high temperatures may change the

23、properties of the semi-conducting and sheathing materials. Page 13 3.3 Accessories Replace the second sentence of item a) by the following: Conductor stresses as high as 50 N/mm2can easily occur. Replace the last sentence of item b) by the following: A minimum conductor stress of 40 N/mm2should be u

24、sed for design purposes. 60986 Amend. 1 IEC:2008 3 Page 15 4.2 Oversheath and bedding materials where there are no electrical or other requirements Replace subclause 4.2, including Tables 2 and 3, by the following: The screen/metallic sheath/armour temperature limits, when in contact with, or embedd

25、ed in, the oversheath materials, but thermally separated from the insulation by layers of suitable material and sufficient thickness, are given in Table 2. If thermal separation is not provided, the temperature limit of the insulation should be used if it is lower than that of the oversheath. Table

31、cation sera reconduite; supprime; remplace par une dition rvise, ou amende. _ Page 10 3.2.2 Cbles isolation synthtique (conformes la CEI 60502-2) Remplacer le premier alina par ce qui suit: Les limites de temprature pour les cbles isolation synthtique sont imposes par les proprits dilectriques de le

32、nveloppe isolante. Les tempratures leves, les forces lectromagntiques et les forces de dilatation produites en rgime de court-circuit pourraient avoir un effet sensible sur ltat physique des cbles. Ainsi, la prennit de ladhrence entre les crans semi-conducteurs et lenveloppe isolante, et les dformat

33、ions de lenveloppe isolante sont deux considrations importantes pour les cbles isolation synthtique. De plus, les tempratures leves peuvent modifier les proprits des matriaux semi-conducteurs et de gainage. Page 12 3.3 Accessoires Remplacer la seconde phrase du point a) par ce qui suit: On peut faci

34、lement rencontrer des efforts sur lme pouvant atteindre 50 N/mm2.
