3、秀传统文化，是我国卫生事业的特色和优势。科学技术现代化是当今世界的一个基本特征。要树立科学的发展观，坚持中医药学的继承创新，努力推进中医药现代化，加强中医药标准化、规范化研究，以标准化促进现代化。中医学的理论体系是以中国古代哲学阴阳五行学说为哲学基础，以整体观念为指导思想，以脏腑经络的生理和病理为核心，以辨证论治为诊疗特点的医学理论体系。中医学理论是由中医学的概念、原理和逻辑结论等要素构成的，经过实践检验的、系统化了的科学知识体系。中医学的基本概念是构建中医学理论的最基本的知识要素。中医学的概念是通过中医学的科学术语而概括、表达和传递的。中医学的科学术语也是与时俱进而不断发展和变化的，反映出鲜
