IEC1020-5-1 was pre
5、pared by IEC Sub-Committee48C: “Switches” of Technical Committee No.48: “Electromechanical components for electronic equipment” and the United Kingdom participation in the drafting was provided by Sub-Committee ECL/21/3 “Switches for electronic equipment” of Technical Committee ECL/21 “Electromechan

This standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BS QC960400 in any detail specification for these components. The British Standard which implements the
7、IECQ Rules of Procedure is BS9000“General requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part3:1991 “Specification for the national implementation of theIECQSystem”. Blank detail specification Introduction A blank detail specification is a supplementary document to the sectional specification and contains requirements for style, lay-out and minimum content of detail specifications. Detail specifications not complying with these r
12、equirements shall not be considered as being in accordance with the IECQ System nor shall they so be described. The complete requirements for the switches described herein shall correspond to this detail specification and the current issues of IEC1020-1 and IEC1020-5. In the preparation of detail sp
13、ecifications, the content of1.5 of IEC1020-5 shall be taken into account. Pages9 through19 provide the framework for a detail specification which is completed by inserting the necessary information. The numbers between brackets on the first page correspond to the following information which shall be
14、 inserted in the position indicated. Identification of the detail specification The appropriate information for the tests in IEC1020-1 and1020-5 shall be provided in1.2. Values shall be stated for the following ratings and characteristics which are mandatory: electrical endurance; electrical ratings
15、; functional operation; operating characteristics; robustness of actuator; voltage proof. Values shall be stated in1.2 for the following characteristics when the following conditions exist (mandatory it applicable): low air pressure when an altitude rating is declared; logic level endurance when a l
16、ogic level rating is declared; low level endurance when a low level rating is declared; type of seal when a panel seal or an enclosure seal is declared; resistance to soldering heat when the terminals are declared to be solderable; robustness of mounting bushing; robustness of mounting screws; robus
