(See 1/5.5) SECTION 2 GENERAL 3 Submission of Plans and Design Data (Revise Paragraph 2/3.1, as follows.) 3.1 General (2012) Plans showing the arrangements and details of the container securing system are to be submitted for review. These plans are to clearly indicate the scantlings, mate
4、rials, details, and rated strengths of the container securing system and the arrangements, dimensions, and weights of the containers. Plans are generally to be submitted electronically to ABS. However, hard copies will also be accepted.
