It is published on green paper for the needs of AECMA-Members. It has been technically approved

4、 by the experts of the concerned AECMA Commission following comment by the Member countries. Subsequent to the publication of this pre-standard the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the st

5、andard. 7、 - prEN3064 Page 3 1 Scope This process standard specifies tho conditions of assembly of self-locking serrated shank nuts prEN3014 and prEN3015 and shall be observed whenever invoked on drawings and working documents 2 References EN3014 : Aerospace series - Self-locking serrated shank nuts in heat r

8、esisting steel FE-PA 92 HT (A 286). Classification : il00 i?;F2/650 C. EN3015 : Aerospace series - Self-locking serrated shank nuts irr heat resisting steel FE-PA 92 HT (A 286). Silver plated. Classification : 1100 MPn/650 OC. 3 Swaging of the nuts The swaging of the nuts is obtained by flaring the

9、end of the serrated shank crf the nut with a 60 inclusive tapered punch. The approximative load necessary for the swaging operation is 15000 N. The punch must be aligned with the axis of the nut in order to prevent creating overstresses or cracks on the fiared shank. During this operation the punch

10、must not rotate. The dimensions and tolerances of the punch and the anvil to be used are shown by the Figure 1 and the table hereafter. These tools are suitable for both shapes of nuts. 13、tions. 4.2 The bearing surface of the nut shall bear ccmpletely on the base. 4.3 The perpendicularity defect af the assembled nut will be in accordance with figure 2.
