2、GLASS AND GLAZING In bringing guide specifications up to date, three categories of actions are used, as follows: 1. Notice: This category is used chiefly to distribute changes made to bring references up to date but may also include minor technical changes requested by DD. 2. Revision: This category
3、 comprises one or more replacement pages used to distribute changes that have been fully coordinated, including any necessary coordination with industry. 3. New Edition: This category describes a complete revision, in which all pages of a guide specification are republished, hereinafter referred to
4、as a basic specification. In addition to replacement pages issued as revisions, notices for this guide specification are now issued as replacement pages. On notice pages, lines containing changes made since the last formal issue of the page, whether basic or revision, are preceded by the number, in
5、parenthe- ses, of the last notice by which the line was changed. a vertical line in the right-hand margin identifies lines containing revisions of the previous formal issue of the page. On revision pages, As with formal page revisions, notices in this form are not cumulative, and pages herein should
