Effective with OMB Bulletin No. 95-04; The new Flagstaff, AZ-UT MSA comprises Coconino County, Arizona, and Kane County, Utah, and
5、the MSAs central city is Flagstaff, Arizona. The FIPS code for the Flagstaff MSA is 2620. The new Grand Junction, CO MSA comprises Mesa County, Colorado. Grand Junction, Colorado is this MSAs central city. The FIPS code for the Grand Junction MSA is 2995. Lenoir, North Carolina newly qualifies as a
6、centrai city of the MSA that had been titied Hickory-Morganton, NC. With this centrai city addition, the MSA tiie changes to Hickory-Morganton-Lenoir, NC MSA. The MSAs FIPS code (3290) remains unchanged. Effective with OMB Bulletin No. 96-08: The new Jonesboro, AR MSA comprises Craighd County, Arkan
7、sas. The MSks central city is Jonesboro, Arkansas. The FIPS code for the Jonesboro MSA is 3700. The new Pocatello, ID MSA comprises Bannock County, Idaho.
