1、MILITARY SPEICIFCATION COUPLING, FLEXIBLE, FUEL LINE, 125 PSI 1. SCOPE 1.1 Scope.- This specification establishes the general requirements for flexible tube couplings for aircraft fuel systems. 1.2 Classification.- Flexible tube couplings shall be capable of joining standard tubing and fitting ends

2、and shall be of the following types and sizes: Types: I For connecting two ANDlOO60 Type A rolled bead tube ends. II For connecting tm ANDlOOS machined fittings, or two ANDl0060 Type A rolled bead tube ends, or one ANDlOO5t3 machined fitting and one AND10060 Type A mlled bead tube end. III: For conn

3、ecting tmi straight tubing ends, Sizes: Type I, II and III couplings shall be of the following nominal sizes: 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, i 5/4, 7, 7 1/2, and 8 inches, For sizes larger than 3 inches on fitting ends in accordance with AND1oos$, the nTfl dimension shall be stabilized at “,0 and for sizes larger

22、sts. 3.6.1 Position.- The flexible connector assemoly shall operate satis- factorily in any position (attitude) in the aircraft power plant fuel systm. The coupyqg shall function satisfactorily with fuel flow in either direction through the coupling. 1 3.7 Interchangeability.- All parts having the s

26、cified, 4.LL Fuel resistance test,- 4.bl.l High tenperature fuel aging, :r!IL-H-31%, Typ e III,- MIL-11-3136, !Iype III test fluid shall be circulated through the test assembly at the operat- I hg pressure specified in 3.5.5. The fluid temperature shall be maintained at 16QF for 72 hours. be conduct
