Network services which could be offered in the subscribers preferred language include: Recorded announcements Directory assistance Operat
24、or services Emergency services “Help” lines Message Waiting Notification CNIP number not available CNIP number restricted If the subscribers preferred language is not available, service shall be provided in the default language, which shall be determined by the wireless network operator. PL does not
25、 impact a subscribers ability to originate calls or to receive calls. PL may be registered by a Variable Registration authorized subscriber by specifying the PL registration feature code. For example, a feature code and three digits representing the first three characters of
29、the native language desired, as in e.g., : *FC + 364 + SEND (ENGlish), *FC + 377 + SEND (ESPaol), *FC + 372 + SEND (FRAnais), *FC + 527 + SEND (JAPanese), *FC + 567 + SEND (KORean), or *FC + 767 + SEND ( PORtuges). If the registration is accepted, the system shall indicate success with feature confi

33、corded announcement, to operator services (by dialing 0, 00, 0+ or 01+ codes), to service codes (by dialing X11), to information services (such as *HELP or #NYSE) or to similar spoken services, the service shall automatically be delivered to the subscriber in the preferred language.
