4、 all federal agencies. The complete requirements for procuring couplings described herein shall consist of this document and the latest issue in effect of A-A-59326. 1. SCOPE. This specification covers Female Thread Swivel Collar by Male Tank Car Adapter. 2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS. The following ch
5、aracteristics may differ from those listed in the latest issue of A-A-59326. 2.1 Accessories. The coupling shall be supplied with necessary gasket. 2.1.1 Gasket. The gasket shall conform to A-A-59326 except that the dimensions shall be as specified in figure 1. 2.2 Threads. The coupling threads shal
6、l conform to Unified Screw Threads in accordance with ANSI/ASME B1.1. 2.3 Hydrostatic pressure. The adapter shall withstand a hydrostatic test pressure of 150 pounds per square inch gage. 2.4 Working pressure. The adapter shall be rated for 100 pounds per square inch.
