The cotton cover shall be braided on a-16 carriermachine.three ends per carrier of yarn specified in 3.3.1 with not less than 24 picks per inch in a two over two under plain braid. 3.4.2 Wrappiw Cord,-

The swivel 3.5 Construction.- Th
18、e lanyard shall be constructed in accordance with the details and dimensions shown on drawing B-10-12, identified as figure 1 and the requirements specified herein. The loops shall have an inside measurement of 1 inch plus or minus 1/8 inch and the swivel snap shall be attached to one of the loops.
19、by folding the cord on itself and binding it with not less than 4 turns or more than 6 turns of thread specified in 3.3.2. fastened. After the loops have been formed, the ends shall be wrapped with not less than seven or more than nine turns of wrapping cord specified in 3.4.2 with the loose ende-tu

The finished ovsraJ1 length of the lanyard, excluding the swivel snap shall be 34 inches plus or minus 1/2 inch, The lanyard shall have a loop at each end. 26、 inspection.- Inspection and testing of .the first article shall be made on a completely finished lanyard for all provisions of this specification applicable to end product examination and test. 4.3 Inspection for acceptance.- Inspection shall be in accordance with provisions set forth in MIL-STD-10
