16、 supply system and that are covered by specifications. . It is the purpose of this handbook to SCOPE Federal and Military specifications on adhesives. This handbook covers the salient properties and intended uses of all current HOW TO USE THE HANDBOOK (1) to be bonded. He should then turn to Table I
