The tunnel delivered under this specification shall be the manufacturers commercial product, except for any changes necessary to comply with specification requirements. co

16、No. ICs-1970, and NFPA No, 70. 3.3.1.1 _c OSHA. Acceptable evidence of meeting the applicable safety and health standards of OSHA shall be a certificate of compliance certifying that the steam tunnels furnished conforms to OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.264.- 3.3.1.2 NEEA. Acceptable evidence of meeting
17、the requirements of NEMA standards shall be a certificate of compliance that the motor controllers, switches, relays, and time delays, conform to NEMA Standard Publication NO. ICs-1970. 3.3.1.3 NFPA. Acceptable evidence of meeting requirements of NFPA standard shall be a certificate of compliance th

The steel used in the fabrication of the tunnels shall be either stainless steel conPorming to requirements of ASTM Specifications Ai67 or Al.76, as applicable or a hot dipped low carbon steel conforming to

22、, fittings, and valves. Pipe, tube, fittings, and valves used for water, steam, and to condensate lines shall comply with accepted plumbing practice. 3.4.4 Conduit, fittings, and electirc wire. Electrical conduit shall be rigid electrical metallic tubing or flexible conduit. When exposed to steam or
23、 hot moist air, electrical metallic tubing or liquid tight electrical conduit shall be used, All electrical wire shall be heat-resistant stranded or solid copper, therino-plastic insulated. 3.4.5 Xotors, Motors shall be continuous, drip proof or splash proof type for operation in a 40 degree Centigr
24、ade (C) ambient temperature.
