13、configuration shall be in accordance with figure I. The dimensions and tolerances shall conform to the values shown in table 1, prior to application of the dry film lubricant. The dimensions quoted are those required by the design to meet installation and system requirements. Dimensions and toleranc
14、es not quoted are at the manufacturers option subject to meeting the qualification and acceptance requirements of EN 3275. 3.2 Surface roughness See figure 1, unless other values of referenced design standards are specified. 3.3 Material See EN 3314 or EN 3315. 3.4 Surface treatment Lubrication: see
15、 EN 2491, on threads and sealing faces. NOTE: Until EN 2491 is published the lubricant may be applied using MIL-L-46010B. Abrasive blasting shall be carried out using aluminium oxide within the grade 90-220 mesh at a pressure of 480 kPa max. for a time to give a clean surface and then rinsed in clea
16、n cold water. Lubrication shall be applied within 3 h.
