15、-2959, United States.6. Chemical Composition6.1 The materials shall conform to the compositions pre-scribed in Table 1.6.2 These specification limits do not preclude the presenceof other elements. Limits for unnamed elements may beestablished by agreement between manufacturer or supplierand purchase
16、r.6.3 When copper is listed as remainder, copper may betaken as the difference between the sum of all the elementsanalyzed and 100 %. When all the elements in Table 1 forAlloys C19002, C19010, C63800, C64725, C70250, C70260,C70265, and C70310 are analyzed, their sum shall be 99.5 %min. When all the
17、elements in Table 1 for Alloy C19025 areanalyzed, their sum shall be 99.7 % min. When all the elementsin Table 1 for Alloys C19015 and C19020 are analyzed, theirsum shall be 99.8 % min.7. Temper7.1 Tempers available under this specification are as desig-nated in Tables 2-11.8. Mechanical Properties8
18、.1 Copper Alloy UNS No. C63800 is a dispersion-strengthened alloy which does not require heat treatment. Theannealed and rolled tempers shall conform to the tensileproperty requirements prescribed in Table 2.8.2 Copper Alloy UNS No. C70250 is supplied in a mill-hardened, or cold-worked and precipita
19、tion heat-treated, orprecipitation heat-treated or spinodal heat-treated, 1/2 Hd andstress-relieved tempers. The 0.2 % offset yield strength shall bethe standard tests for these tempers and shall conform to therequirements specified in Table 3.8.2.1 If ductility or formability requirements are desir
20、ed,they shall be negotiated and agreed upon between manufac-turer and purchaser.8.3 Copper Alloys UNS No. C70260 and C70265 aresupplied in a mill-hardened temper. The 0.2 % offset yieldstrength shall be the standard test for the mill-hardened tempersTM00, TM02, TM03, and TM04 and shall conform to th
21、erequirements specified in Table 4. The tensile strength shall bethe standard test for the mill-hardened temper TM01 and shallconform to the requirements specified in Table 4.8.3.1 If ductility or formability requirements are desired,they shall be negotiated and agreed upon between manufac-turer and
22、 purchaser.8.4 Copper Alloy UNS Nos. C19020 and C19025 aresupplied in cold-worked, stress-relieved (HR02, HR04, HR06and HR08 for Table 7) and (HR02, HR04 and HR06 for Table5) tempers. These tempers shall conform to the tensile strengthand elongation requirements in Table 7 and Table 5, respec-tively
23、.8.4.1 If ductility or formability requirements are desired,they shall be negotiated and agreed upon between manufac-turer and purchaser.8.5 Copper Alloy UNS No. C19010 is supplied in eitherprecipitation heat-treated (TM03, TM04, TM06 and TM08)tempers, or mill-hardened (H01, H02, H03, H04, H06, H08
