1、Designation: D2628 91 (Reapproved 2011)Standard Specification forPreformed Polychloroprene Elastomeric Joint Seals forConcrete Pavements1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D2628; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or, in the case

2、of revision, the year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval. This standard has been approved for use by agencies of the Department of Defense.1. Scope1.1 This specifi

3、cation covers the material requirements forpreformed polychloroprene elastomeric joint seals for concretepavements. The seal consists of a multiple web design andfunctions only by compression of the seal between the faces ofthe joint with the seal folding inward at the top to facilitatecompression.

4、The seal is installed with a lubricant and isdesigned to seal the joint and reject incompressibles.1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematicalconversions to SI units that are provided for information onlyand are not consid
