Requirements5.1 The sheet and film shall be manufactured from poly-chlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) plastics that consist of at least90 % chlorotrifluoroethylene. The remaining 10 % may in-clu
17、de chemical modifications, such as co-monomers, but notcolorants, fillers, plasticizers, or mechanical blends of otherresins.5.2 The length, width, roll core diameter, and maximumnumber of splices permitted shall be as agreed upon betweenthe purchaser and the seller. The tolerance for roll width sha
18、llbe 3 mm (18 in.). The tolerance for roll length shall be 6 10 %of the specified length.5.3 Thickness tolerances shall be as specified in Table 1.5.4 The sheet and film shall conform to the property valuesspecified in Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4.5.5 The material shall be essentially free fromcont
19、amination, wrinkles, holes, scratches, and other imperfec-tions unless otherwise agreed upon between the purchaser andthe seller.6. Sampling6.1 Sampling shall be statistically adequate to satisfy therequirements of 10.4.7. Number of Tests7.1 One set of test specimens as prescribed in Section 8shall
20、be considered sufficient for testing each batch. Theaverage result of the specimens tested shall conform to therequirements of this specification.8. Specimen Preparation8.1 ConditioningFor those tests where conditioning isrequired, condition the test specimens in accordance withProcedure A of Practi
21、ce D618 for a period of at least 24 h priorto test.8.2 Test ConditionsUnless otherwise specified, conducttests at the Standard Laboratory Temperature of 23 6 2C (70to 77F) and at 50 6 10 % relative humidity.8.3 Preparation of SpecimensTake test specimens acrossthe width of the roll.9. The lot acceptance inspectionshall consist of thickness measurement.10.3 Periodic check inspection with reference to this speci-fication shall consist of the test for all requirements of thematerial in accordance with this specification.10.4 Certification shall be that
31、 the material was manufac-tured by a process in statistical control, sampled, tested, andinspected in accordance with this specification, and that theaverage values for the lot meet the requirements of thisspecification.10.5 A report of test results shall be furnished when re-quested. Packaging and Package Marking11.1 PackagingThe material shall be packaged in stan-dard commercial containers so constructed as to ensure accep-tance by common or oth
