Scope1.1 This specification addresses the requirements for poly-ethylene stay in place forms for end wal

3、ls or head walls for usewith standard storm drainage systems.1.2 The wall form system consists of a base wall form, acap, an optional riser to adjust the height of the wall above thepipe, and an optional adaptor to adjust the pipe opening toaccommodate smaller pipe sizes.1.3 The form system is manuf

4、actured using the rotationalmolding process and is available in different colors.1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as thestandard, the inch-pounds in brackets are given for informationonly.1.5 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns, if any, associated

Terminology3.1 DefinitionsDefinitions used in this specification are inaccordance with definitions in Terminology D883 and abbre-viations in accord

Materials and Manufacture5.1 The material used shall be a polyethylene meeting thecriteria in Table 1.5.2 Only virgin materials (Guide D5033) shall be used.5.3 This product shall be manufactured using a rotationalmolding process.6.

11、Requirements6.1 Wall System Description:6.1.1 Base wall form is hollow with opening at the top toaccept fill material and designed to accept either cap or risersection. Base wall has opening in the center for pipe andadaptors as needed. Pipe is secured to base wall form withgalvanized screws. (See F

(See Fig. 2.)6.2 Workmanship, Finish, and Appearance:6.2.1 Workmanship of the form system components shall besuch that the quality is agreeable between the producer and theend user.6.2.2 The surface of the form system components shall befinished to mimic a split stone face, with

Test Methods7.1 Physical Properties:7.1.1 Dimensions shall be measu

20、red to the nearest 2 mmwith the exception of the material thickness, which is measuredas noted on Fig. 2, Note E.8. Sampling, Inspection, and Retest8.1 SamplingThe selection of samples shall be as agreedupon by the purchaser and the seller. Unless otherwise speci-fied, a minimum of five randomly sel

21、ected samples shall betested.8.2 Inspection:8.2.1 Inspection and TestingInspection and testing shallbe made as agreed upon between the purchaser and themanufacturer as part of the purchase contract.8.3 Retest and RejectionIf the results of any test(s) do notmeet the requirements of this specificatio

22、n, the test(s) shall beconducted again only if agreed to by the purchaser and theseller.9. Certification9.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, amanufacturers certification that the material was designed,manufactured, sampled, tested, and inspected in accordancewith this specification,

23、 and has been found to meet therequirements shall be furnished to the purchaser. When speci-fied in the purchase order or contract, a report of the test resultsshall be furnished. Each certification so furnished shall besigned by an authorized agent of the manufacturer.10. Product Marking10.1 Markin

24、g on the product shall include the following:10.1.1 The letters “ASTM” followed by the designationnumber of this specification,10.1.2 The letters “PE,”10.1.3 The product name, and10.1.4 The name or trademark of the manufacturer.11. Packaging and Package Marking11.1 Unless otherwise specified in the

25、contract, materialsshall be packaged in accordance with the suppliers standardpractice.12. Quality Assurance12.1 When the product is marked with this designation,D7082, the manufacturer affirms that the product was manu-factured, inspected, sampled, and tested in accordance with thisspecification an
