11、Requirements6.1 Wall System Description:6.1.1 Base wall form is hollow with opening at the top toaccept fill material and designed to accept either cap or risersection. Base wall has opening in the center for pipe andadaptors as needed. Pipe is secured to base wall form withgalvanized screws. (See F

Sampling, Inspection, and Retest8.1 SamplingThe selection of samples shall be as agreedupon by the purchaser and the seller. Unless otherwise speci-fied, a minimum of five randomly sel
21、ected samples shall betested.8.2 Inspection:8.2.1 Inspection and TestingInspection and testing shallbe made as agreed upon between the purchaser and themanufacturer as part of the purchase contract.8.3 Retest and RejectionIf the results of any test(s) do notmeet the requirements of this specificatio
22、n, the test(s) shall beconducted again only if agreed to by the purchaser and theseller.9. Certification9.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, amanufacturers certification that the material was designed,manufactured, sampled, tested, and inspected in accordancewith this specification,
23、 and has been found to meet therequirements shall be furnished to the purchaser. When speci-fied in the purchase order or contract, a report of the test resultsshall be furnished. Each certification so furnished shall besigned by an authorized agent of the manufacturer.10. Product Marking10.1 Markin
24、g on the product shall include the following:10.1.1 The letters “ASTM” followed by the designationnumber of this specification,10.1.2 The letters “PE,”10.1.3 The product name, and10.1.4 The name or trademark of the manufacturer.11. Packaging and Package Marking11.1 Unless otherwise specified in the
