9、oadmap is intended as a companion to ATIS-0800002, IPTV Architecture Requirements. As the IPTV Requirements document is revised, further revisions to this Roadmap document may be required. This document is intended to help guide the architecture specification development work of the IIF. The Roadmap

Hence the specifics of the proposed deliverables and their associated issue statements become relevant. These are discuss

The main goal is to achieve a reusable design of the identified basic components and auxiliary services, such that they could be used by different services composing th

It is also beneficial that the Roadmap document contains the sections dedicated to these basic components and auxiliary services with phases and estimation of the amount of work for each. These prototype deliverable definitions and issue statements are grouped by the logical domains and interfaces to which they apply. The logical domains

The specifications that these deliverable definitions provide the basis for are not expected to be exhaustive; rather, they should b

The architecture

The goal is to provide a framework for end-to-end systems, network design, and their implementation. This will serve as a reference architecture for the IPTV functional subsystems to be defined in sepa
