The purpose of this standard is to ensure that adequate data relating to the external hydraulic systems of agricultural tractors and machinery is properly presented on them to enable the user to

10、endment table on the inside front cover.BS6142:1981 BSI 11-1999 1 1 Scope This British Standard specifies the technical data, relating to the external hydraulic systems, that is to be provided on agricultural tractors and machinery and the method of presentation. 2 Definitions For the purposes of th
11、is British Standard, the following definitions apply. 2.1 hydraulic power outlet a coupling outlet, mounted on a tractor, which can provide a hydraulic power source for the operation of machinery 2.2 rated flow the operating flow rate, recommended by the manufacturer, for the hydraulic power outlet,
12、 when measured at a power outlet under rated pressure conditions. For a tractor, this applies at a manufacturers specified rated engine speed 2.3 rated pressure the pressure continuously available at a power outlet, under rated flow conditions 2.4 maximum pressure the highest pressure sustained by t
13、he tractor relief valve 2.5 minimum operating pressure the minimum pressure required for the satisfactory operation of the machine 2.6 exchange oil volume the quantity of oil that can be removed and returned to the tractor hydraulic system reservoir, when the tractor is standing on level ground, wit
14、hout affecting the hydraulic or other tractor function performance 3 Presentation of technical data 3.1 The data relating to the hydraulic system shall be provided on a plate which shall bear the details and be of the layout shown inFigure 1. 3.2 The plate shall be securely fixed to the tractor or m
15、achine adjacent to the hydraulic coupling. 3.3 The details on the plate shall be easily and permanently legible. 4 Direction of flow If the direction of flow is not reversible, this shall be stated.
