It ap
20、plies to aerospace structures using core materials. 22、2: Laminated parts. 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in EN 4408-001 and the following apply. 3.1 alveolar material semi-finished product made of partly bonded or welded ribbons (before or after forming) to form geometrically identical pattern

28、 representation The general rules for the representation of parts including core material are specified in EN 4408-001. A general representation of parts including core material is given in 4.1. If the alveolar material is drained, perforated, contains filling areas or inserts, this general represen
29、tation shall be completed by figures as specified in 4.2. 4.1 General representation 4.1.1 Identification of core material layers Each honeycomb or foam layer shall be identified. 31、e material are limited by fine interrupted lines. Alveolar material is represented by lines which are perpendicular to the panel plane (see Figure 6). 32、presentations 4.2.1 Drained alveolar material If a layer is made up of drained alveolar material and if the draining direction has to be specified, some cells shall be enlargened and the draining notches shall be represented by two parallel lines which cross the sides of the drained cells (see Figur
33、e 8 and Figure 9) in a view which is parallel to the panel plane. 35、d and the perforations shall be represented by a circle which crosses the sides of the perforated cells (see Figure 12 and Figure 13) in a view which is parallel to the panel plane. 36、orations are represented by the symbolisation of the circles on the relevant side of each cell (see Figure 14). Figure 14 4.2.3 Filling zones The filling zones of alveolar cells are limited by a fine continuous line and the filling is represented by hatching. For identification of the material and t
37、he filling process, refer to a note (see Figure 15). Fillings of edges are not represented in a plane view. Only the cross section which defines the edging profile indicates the filling. For a cross-sectional representation, these filling zones shall include: filling of the whole cell, filling of th

39、f which are filled, only the filling is indicated and reference is made to a cross section to allow for correct visualisation of the location (see Figure 17).
