ThisEuropeanStandardshallbegiventhestatusofanationalstandard,eitherbypublicationof

24、ermalinsulationcompositesystemsisdeterminedby meansofasteelballfallingontothesurfaceoftheETICS.Anydamagesoccurringareratedqualitatively(e.g.the reinforcementhasbecomevisible;thefinishingmaterialorthebasecoathasvisiblydelaminatedorthebasecoat withthereinforcementhasbeenperforated). 5 Testapparatus Fo

25、rtheimpactresistancelevelof2Jasteelballof(500 5)gfallsfromaheightof(408 1)mm.Forthisa verticalpipewithaninternaldiameterofatleast2mmgreaterthanthediameterofthesteelballandalengthof 408mmiserectedaboveasurfaceofthehorizontaltestspecimen.Theballfallsthroughthepipeontothesurface ofthetestspecimen(seefi

26、gure1).EN13497:2002(E) 5 Fortheimpactresistancelevelof10Jasteelballof(1000 10)gfallsfromaheightof(1020 1)mm.Forthisa verticalpipewithaninternaldiameterofatleast2mmgreaterthanthediameterofthesteelballandalengthof 1020mmiserectedaboveasurfaceofthehorizontaltestspecimen.Theballfallsthroughthepipeontoth

27、e surfaceofthetestspecimen(seeFigure1). Alternatively,atestapparatusasspecifiedinISO7892canbeused. 6 Testspecimens 6.1 Preparationandnumberoftestspecimens Thebasecoatwiththereinforcementisappliedinaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructionsontothesurface ofthethermalinsulationmaterial.Thetestspecimen

28、sshallhaveminimumdimensionsof 200mm 200mm 60mm.Afteratimeperiodwhichisspecifiedbythemanufacturer,thefinishingmaterialis appliedontothebasecoatinaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructions. Thenumberofthetestspecimensshouldbechosensothatfivetestscanbeperformedaccordingtothetest proceduredescribedin7.2

29、. 6.2 Conditioningoftestspecimens TheconditioningoftestspecimensshallbecarriedoutasspecifiedintherelevantETICSproductstandard. NOTEIntheabsenceofaproductstandardforETICSoranyotherEuropeantechnicalspecification,the conditioningproceduremaybeagreedbetweenparties. 7Procedure 7.1Test conditions Thetests
