33、etometalabrasion).Thepremixedamountsofplasticizerandepoxidizedsoybeanoil arethenaddedasafinestreamwhilethemixerisrunning.Thehomogeneousmixture,thetemperatureofwhich hasrisentoabout100Casaresultofthemixingprocedure,iscooledtoroomtemperaturewithcontinuing agitation. Thebasicmixturesshallnotbestoredfor

Ininterlaboratory
35、testsbythe“PVCbasicmixture“plasticizedPVCbasicmixturesstabilizedwithaBa/Znstabilizer systemgavethebeststability.Theintentionistoavoidanyadverseeffectonthepigmentedsamplesduetocolour changeinthebasicmixtures. Thebasicmixturesincludealubricanttopreventplateout.Itsnatureandamountwereassessedonthebasiso
36、f interlaboratorytests,insuchawayaspracticallytoeliminateadverseeffectsunderthetestconditionsproposed. Thevinylchloridehomopolymerchosenwasasuspensionpolymer,sincethisiscurrentlythemostwidelyused. Withoutexception,thefilmsproducedfromthebasicmixturesgavegoodresultsonexposuretoheatandin lightfastness
