21、-1:1990, prepared by IECTC51, Magnetic components and ferrite materials, was submitted to the formal vote and was approved by CENELEC as EN61021-2 on 1997-03-11 without any modification. 23、drawn (dow) 1997-12-01IEC1021-1:1990 BSI 05-1999 3 1 Scope This Part 1 of the standard specifies the dimensions, with their associated tolerances, of a range of laminated core packages using YEE2 laminations, both in their standard configuration and for assemblies using two larger E parts. NOTELamin
24、ated cores are normally constructed from laminations made from material of the composition corresponding to the designation C22, E1, E3, E4 or F1 (seeTableI of IEC Publication 740). 2 Definitions 2.1 General terms For definitions of the general terms used, reference should be made to IEC Publication
25、 50(901) and its supplement 50(901B). For the purpose of this standard, the following definition applies: 2.2 laminated core package a magnetic core in two parts, each made up of laminations suitably jointed together for assembly within a coil NOTEWhen required, an air gap may be introduced, prefera
26、bly in the centre limb of one part. 3 Laminations 3.1 Lamination shape For the purpose of this standard, the laminations shall conform to the dimensions of IEC type YEE2 laminations specified in Table XI of IEC Publication740. However, in addition to the standard configuration using the combination
27、of larger and smaller E laminations to form a complete magnetic circuit as shown in Figure 1 the range of specified cores also includes provision for combining pairs of the larger E laminations (seeFigure 2). 3.2 Nominal lamination thickness The thickness of laminations used in laminated cores shall
28、 be one of the following values: 4 Core size designation The core designation shall consist of the lamination designation YEE 2-2 to 2-12 from Table XI of IECPublication 740 together with suffix letters as follows: or 0,10 mm 0,20 mm 0,30 mm 0,15 mm 0,27 mm 0,35 mm NOTEThese are preferred values fro
