28、les defined in ISO 3833.It is applicable to vehicles using CGH2in accordance with ISO 14687-1 or ISO 14687-2 and hydrogen/natural gas blend using natural gas in accordance with ISO 15403-1 and ISO/TR 15403-2. It is not applicable to the following:a) liquefied hydrogen (LH2) fuel system components;b)
29、 fuel containers;c) stationary gas engines;d) container mounting hardware;e) electronic fuel management;f) refuelling receptacles;g) fuel cell vehicles.NOTE 1 It is recognized that miscellaneous components not specifically covered herein can be examined to meet the criteria of this document and test

35、tion of flow (when necessary for correct installation); the type of fuel; the electrical ratings (if applicable); the symbol of the certification agency; the type approval number; the serial number or date code; a reference to this document, i.e. ISO 12619-15:2017.NOTE This information can be provid
36、ed by a suitable identification code on at least one part of the component when it consists of more than one part.5 Construction and assemblyThe filter shall comply with the applicable provisions of ISO 12619-1 and ISO 12619-2 and with the tests specified in Clause 6. Tolerances should follow the sp

The test pressure shall be 2,5 times the working pressure.6.3 Continued operationTest the filter in accordance with the proc
45、edure for testing continued operation given in ISO 12619-2 for a total of 20 00 cycles.Following cycling testing, perform the hydrostatic strength test in accordance with 6.2.6.4 Vibration resistanceVibrate the filter, pressurized to its working pressure and sealed at both ends, for 30 min along eac
46、h of the three orthogonal axes at the most severe resonant frequencies determined as follows: by an acceleration of 1,5 g; within a sinusoidal frequency range of 10 Hz to 500 Hz; with a sweep time of 10 min.If the resonance frequency is not found in this range, the test shall be conducted at 500 Hz.
47、At the completion of the test, the filter shall not show any indication of fatigue or component damage and shall meet the leakage test requirements as specified in ISO 12619-2:2014, Clause 6.
