4、opted without modification (IDT) as Amendment 1:2003 to CAN/CSA-CEI/IEC 61000-4-14-01. This Amendment was reviewed by the CSA Technical Subcommittee on Low Frequency EMC, under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee on Electromagnetic Compatibility of Low Voltage Equipment and the Strategic Ste

5、ering Committee on Power Engineering and Electromagnetic Compatibility, and has been formally approved by the Technical Committee. LAmendement 1:2001 la norme internationale CEI/IEC 61000-4-14:1999 a t adopt sans modification (IDT) et constitue la Modification 1:2003 la norme CAN/CSA-CEI/IEC 61000-4

11、tim quil y a une vidence suffisante pour dmontrer que les effets du phnomne couvertspar la prsente norme sont influencs par les conditions climatiques, il convient den informer le comitresponsable de la prsente norme.Remplacer larticle 9 existant par le nouvel article 9 suivant, et ajouter le nouvel

12、 article 10:9 Evaluation des rsultats dessaiLes rsultats dessai doivent tre classs en tenant compte de la perte de fonction ou de ladgradation du fonctionnement du matriel soumis lessai, par rapport un niveau defonctionnement dfini par son constructeur ou par le demandeur de lessai, ou en accordentr

15、ed in the above table.The committee has decided that the contents of the base publication and its amendments willremain unchanged until 2006. 16、g new subclause 8.1:8.1 Climatic conditionsUnless otherwise specified by the committee responsible for the generic or product standard,the climatic conditions in the laboratory shall be within any limits specified for the operation ofthe EUT and the test equipment by their respective manufacturers.T

17、ests shall not be performed if the relative humidity is so high as to cause condensation onthe EUT or the test equipment.NOTE Where it is considered that there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the effects of the phenomenoncovered by this standard are influenced by climatic conditions, this

18、 should be brought to the attention of thecommittee responsible for this standard.Replace the existing clause 9 by the following new clause 9, and add the new clause 10:9 Evaluation of test resultsThe test results shall be classified in terms of the loss of function or degradation ofperformance of t

19、he equipment under test, relative to a performance level defined by itsmanufacturer or the requestor of the test, or agreed between the manufacturer and thepurchaser of the product. The recommended classification is as follows:a) normal performance within limits specified by the manufacturer, reques

26、 de famillede produits; tous les effets observs sur lEST pendant ou aprs lapplication de la perturbation, et ladure pendant laquelle ces effets ont persist; la justification de la dcision succs/chec (base sur le critre daptitude la fonctionspcifi dans la norme gnrique, de produit ou de famille de pr

27、oduits, ou dans laccordentre le constructeur et lacheteur); toutes les conditions spcifiques dutilisation, par exemple longueur ou type de cble,blindage ou raccordement la terre, ou les conditions de fonctionnement de lEST, quisont requises pour assurer la conformit.61000-4-14 Amend. 1 IEC:2001 5 b)

30、 used as a guide in formulating performance criteria, by committeesresponsible for generic, product and product-family standards, or as a framework for theagreement on performance criteria between the manufacturer and the purchaser, for examplewhere no suitable generic, product or product-family sta

31、ndard exists.10 Test reportThe test report shall contain all the information necessary to reproduce the test. In particular,the following shall be recorded: the items specified in the test plan required by clause 8 of this standard; identification of the EUT and any associated equipment, for example

32、, brand name, producttype, serial number; identification of the test equipment, for example, brand name, product type, serial number; any special environmental conditions in which the test was performed, for example,shielded enclosure; any specific conditions necessary to enable the test to be perfo

33、rmed; performance level defined by the manufacturer, requestor or purchaser; performance criterion specified in the generic, product or product-family standard; any effects on the EUT observed during or after the application of the test disturbance, andthe duration for which these effects persist; t

34、he rationale for the pass/fail decision (based on the performance criterion specified in thegeneric, product or product-family standard, or agreed between the manufacturer and thepurchaser); any specific conditions of use, for example cable length or type, shielding or grounding, orEUT operating conditions, which are required to achieve compliance.ICS 33.100.20PRINTEDINCANADAIMPRIMEAU CANADA
