37、national Organization for Standardization) Standard 10014 (first edition, 2006-07-01). It replaces CAN/CSA-ISO/TR 10014-99, Guidelines for managing the economics of quality (adopted ISO/TR 10014:1998). At the time of publication, ISO 10014:2006 is available from ISO in English only. CSA will publish

38、 the French version when it becomes available from ISO.The ISO 9000 and 10000 family of Standards were developed by quality experts from around the world, under the auspices of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee 176.
