4、cantly, to select and further define material from CCITT Recommendations, promote and strengthen European harmonisation, recommends to the member Administrations of the CEPT that they evolve their telecommunication networks towards ISDN according to the specifications given in the attached text.? 5、ITT layer 1 Recommendations 1.430 and 1.431 deal with the physical interfaces for the basic access and the primary rate access. Recommendation 1.430 applies to Europe as revised by CEPT. The revised version is given in Recommendation T/L 03-07. Recommendation 1.431 applies also to Europe only for those parts related to the 2,048 kbit/s interface. Edition of October 31, 1987
