2、9 (RR) Text of the Recommendation adopted by the ”Telecommunications” Commission: “The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunkations Administrations, considering that PR 27 radio equipment, operated on collective kequencies in the 27 MHz band, are available to the public, that it would be desi
3、rable for Administrations to have common regulations at their disposal in order to control the use, the type approval, the marking and the free circulation of this equipment, ., that the technical characteristics and the methods of measurement or this equipment are harmonised and included in a Europ
4、ean Telecommunication Standard, that the clear identification of PR 27 radio equipment would facilitate the free circulation of this type of eqnipment, recommends that CEPT Administrations allow PR 27 radio equipment complying with the latest ETS (BA) as the “Technical Characteristics and Methods of
5、 Measmement for Citizen Band Radio Equipment (PR 27 radio equipment)“ to be used for any purpose and by any person, subject to the common administrative conditions specified below, that Administrations adopt rules for authorisation of PR 27 radio equipment in conformity with the conditions set out i

Annex I CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF PR 27
7、RADIO EQUIPMENT PR 27 radio equipment is used on a maximum of 40 channels (26.965 to 27.405 MHz) with angle modulation only and a maximum output power of4 Watts. The use of PR 27 radio equipment either shall be ganted by means of a general permission, or shall be subject to the least possible restri
8、ctive conditions. A minimum age, determined by the Administrations in accordance with their national regulations, can be required for the operations of PR 27 radio equipment. If an individual licence is required, it shall be ganted without regard to the applicants nationality. PR 27 radio equipment
9、may be used either as a base station, or as a mobiidportable station. PR 27 radio equipment shall not be used either on board aircraft of any kind, or as an aeronautical station. Transmission and reception shall take place on the same channel (single fiequency, simplex traffic). PR 27 radio equipmen
10、t shall not be operated in conjunction with satellites or repeaters. Connection of PR 27 radio equipment to the public switched telecommunications network shall be prohibited. 10. PR 27 radio equipment shall be type approved and bear a type approval mark. 11. With the exception of directional antenn
11、as with gain in the horizontal plane, ail types of external antennas may be allowed. 12. PR 27 radio equipment type approved before the implementation of this Recommendation and the appropriate ETS may continue to be used under the conditions of the previous CER Recommendations. Annex II CONDITIONS FOR THE FREE CIRCULATION AND MARKING OF THE PR 27 RADIO EQUIPMENT COVERED BY THIS RECOMMENDATION Each Administration shall allow the temporary use of PR 27 radio equipment which is authoris
13、ed by the Administration of the visitor. An Administration shall indicate either by an entry on its licence form or through issuing a general permission that the use of PR 27 radio equipment is authorised during a temporary stay in any country which has accepted this Recommendation. A CEPT Administr
14、ation shall accept an easily visible and identifiable mark, placed on the PR 27 radio equipment in the following form: CEPT PR 27 x (x being the symbol of the country where the equipment received type approval). This symbol could be followed by the national authorisation number. The symbols to be us
