3、nications Administrations, considering - that the charging principles and conditions for the occasional provision of circuits for sound- and television- programme transmissions are set out in CCITT Recommendation D. 180, - that tariff standards to be applied for the provision of circuits for sound-
4、and television-programme transmissions are given in CCIT Recommendation D.303 R, - that general tariff principles together with the conditions for the lease of telephone, sound-programme and television circuits for private use are set forth in CCITT Recommendations D. 1, D.2 and D.4 as well as in D.
5、300 and D.310 R, O recommends that CEPT members apply the additional conditions and tariff standards defined below for the occasional provision of circuits for sound- and television-programme transmissions and for the lease of telephone, sound-programme and television circuits for private use: 1. 6、CASIONAL PROVISION OF CIRCUITS FOR SOUND- AND TELEVISION-PROGRAMME TRANSMISSIONS 1.1. The special expenses allowed for in Recommendation D.180 (point 5.1.1.e) for the establishment and cancellation of occasional national extension circuits are independent of the chargeable duration of the provision
7、of circuits. The charges relating to cancellations and alterations of orders are those provided for in point 1.3.3. of Recommendation D.303 R. 1.2. 1.3. 1.4. The charges collected for the use of satellite circuits are fixed by Administrations. In the case of consecutive sound- and television-program
8、me transmissions, the fixed charge for preparation and operation is due for each provision of circuits. 2. LEASE OF INTERNATIONAL SOUND-PROGRAMME AND TELEVISION CIRCUITS AND ASSOCIATED CONTROL CIRCUITS FOR PRIVATE USE The monthly charges applicable to sound-programme circuits and to associated contr
9、ol circuits and the annual charges applicable to television circuits are the subject of Recommendation D.3 10 R. The conditions of use of satellite circuits are defined by Administrations.” ”As an indication, tariEs could be between 392 and 621 SDR for the first 10 minutes and 19.6 SDR for each additional minute.
