The conduction angle of the waveform is adjustable.Type I dimmer a dimmer in which the ON-OFF function is in

47、e such as a thyristor, magnetic amplifier, or similar device.4 General requirements4.1 GeneralGeneral requirements applicable to this Standard are given in CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 0.4.2 Rating4.2.1 Dimmers shall be rated in V ac, 60 Hz, and watts. The wattage rating shall be not less than 300 W and shall
48、be a whole number multiple of 100 W, except for dimmers intended for use with portable luminaires, where the minimum shall be not less than 150 W.
